1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms apply to your use of the POZZOLAND website and consulting services, which are operated by Stratajam LLC. By using the site or services, you agree to these Terms and related policies.

2. Services

POZZOLAND provides AI-enabled consulting related to pozzolans, supplementary cementitious materials (SCMs), market analysis, and workflow recommendations. Outputs are advisory and informational, not guarantees of business outcomes.

3. No Professional Engineering, Legal, or Investment Advice

Unless expressly stated in a separate signed agreement, services do not constitute licensed engineering certification, legal advice, securities advice, or investment solicitation. You are responsible for independent review by qualified professionals before implementation.

4. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or fraudulent use.
• No scraping, reverse engineering, or automated extraction without consent.
• No attempts to disrupt, probe, or bypass security controls.
• No infringement of third-party rights.

5. Intellectual Property

The website, branding, models, methods, text, graphics, and related content are owned by or licensed to Stratajam LLC/POZZOLAND and protected by law. No license is granted except limited use necessary to access the site.

6. Confidentiality

Each party may receive non-public information from the other. Unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing, each party will use reasonable safeguards and not disclose confidential information except to personnel/advisors with a need to know.

7. Warranties Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Stratajam LLC, POZZOLAND, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits/revenue/data/business interruption.

Aggregate liability for any claim related to the site/services will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts paid by you to us in the prior 12 months for the specific service giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $10,000.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Stratajam LLC, POZZOLAND, and their officers, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims arising from your misuse of the site/services, legal violations, or rights infringement.

10. Third-Party Services

We may link to or rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for third- party content, uptime, security, or terms.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, risk, abuse, or legal reasons. Sections that should survive termination (IP, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability, dispute terms) will survive.

12. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes is in competent courts located in Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means acceptance of revised terms, to the extent permitted by law.
